NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Colusa County is requesting proposals (RFP) from qualified persons and/or firms to prepare the required study and analysis necessary to replace the Arbuckle-College City traffic impact fee study and the County-Wide Development Impact Fee study with a single comprehensive county-wide Development Impact Fee study. This study must meet the requirements of the California Mitigation Fee Act (Government Code section 66000 et seq.), as more specifically detailed in the Scope of Work section of the Request for Proposals (RFP). Proposals must be received at the County Board Clerk’s Office, 547 Market St., Suite 102 Colusa, California 95932 no later than 2:00 p.m. on September 27, 2019.
Each proposal shall be enclosed and submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing the project name and proposer’s name.
The County of Colusa reserves the right to reject any proposals.
