The Department of Public Works is hosting another public meeting in Princeton on March 19, 2015 at the Princeton High School Cafeteria at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to allow the residents of the community to comment on proposed speed calming measures on State Route 45 through Princeton. Caltrans is proposing to raise the speed limit from 35mph to 40mph. Exhibits will be displayed showing potential traffic calming measures to help reduce speeds on State Route 45, and allow the speed limit to remain at 35mph.
