You must talk to a live Public Health Worker. Leaving a voicemail will not guarantee an appointment.

  • You must bring your CDC COVID Vaccination Card to your second dose appointment. If you misplaced your card, staff will be onsite with computer access to verify your first dose.

The Colusa County Department of Health & Human Services has begun to administer the COVID-19 Vaccine in our community.  It is our goal to administer the vaccine to every Colusa County resident who wants to receive it as vaccine becomes available.
