REAP 2 Grant Program

The County of Colusa Invites Your Input

on the

State’s Regional Early Action Planning (REAP) Grants of 2021

The County of Colusa is eligible to receive a grant award under the Tribal and Rural Funding Allocation from the Regional Early Action Planning Grant Program (REAP 2.0).  The principal goal of REAP 2.0 is to make funding available to Tribal and Rural Entities for transformative planning and implementation activities that meet housing and equity goals and reduce Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) Per Capita.   The purpose of this email is to inform you of availability of this grant opportunity and to solicit your input into the development of priorities for the use of these funds.

In addition to this outreach effort, I wanted to let you know that the County is eligible to partner with other forms of governments (including tribal entities) in developing a proposal which will have a direct effect on land-use, transportation, or development within the County.  To apply for funds under a partnership arrangement, a separate, completed, and signed REAP 2 application package, including an authorizing resolution from the Board and a copy of the signed partnership agreement, is required.  To review the REAP 2 Guidelines please visit the Department’s website at or the REAP 2 website at
