Colusa County Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS).
Colusa County is partnering with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Economic Development Administration (EDA) on development of the Colusa County Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). The Colusa County CEDS is a five-year plan for cultivating an environment that supports a sustainable economic future.
