CalFresh Hot Foods Waiver

Colusa County has been approved for the Hot Foods Waiver through September 23rd.  The Hot Foods Waiver allows for hot food products prepared for immediate consumption to be eligible foods for households with affected disaster areas and neighboring counties.

CalFresh Emergency Allotments

The state of California has been approved to issue CalFresh emergency allotments for the month of September 2020.  Emergency allotments raise each household's regular monthly CalFresh allotment to the maximum allowable allotment based on household size.  For additional information, please click here.

Online Purchases

Good news!  Starting April 28, 2020, you will be able to use your EBT card to purchase groceries online on select websites.  If you currently receive cash benefits, you will also be able to use your cash benefits online.  Click here for more information.

Welfare to Work (WTW) Sanctions

If you are currently sanctioned, you can now have your sanction cured by completing and signing the form titled Plan to Meet Welfare-to-Work Rules and Get My Cash Aid Back
