The Board of Supervisors is the duly elected legislative body of Colusa County. The board sets and adopts policies and establishes programs for:

  • Air quality
  • Areas of general governance
  • Economic development
  • Emergency services and flood management
  • Health and mental health
  • Intergovernmental relations, law, and justice
  • Land use and agriculture
  • Social services, libraries, and transportation
