Lien Notification
A lien notification fee is added to all abstracts of judgments. The fee is $5 for the first debtor and $2 for each additional debtor. These same fees are added to all other involuntary judgments, mechanics liens, etc. if the debtor's address appears on the document.
Lien Searches
We do not perform lien searches; however, we can verify a specific name for you from our index. We strongly recommend that you or your representative come in and view the document. If you have a document recording number, we can also provide a copy by mail. Our regular copy fee is $1 per page, and there is a fee of $1 to certify the document.
