Mission
The CVSO is a county department established by the Board of Supervisors to assist veterans, their dependents and survivors with obtaining entitlements from the federal, state and local agencies administering programs for veterans. This department advocates for veterans rights and is not a division of the federal Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or the California Department of Veterans Affairs (CDVA).
