Information & Notification
Victim Information and Notification Everyday (VINE) is a free and anonymous telephone service that provides victims of crime two important features - information and notification.
How It Works
VINE monitors the custody status of offenders in the Colusa County Jail and receives updated information every 15 minutes via an interface with the Colusa County Jail booking system. The information is stored at the VINE Communications Center in Louisville, Kentucky. Information is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
