We are so excited!  Our Online Permit Portal is now LIVE and ACTIVE!

This will allow applicants to apply for permits, track their application status, to request inspections, and communicate directly with the County staff processing their permits through an easy to use web-based interface.  Any computer or mobile device connected to the internet can access the County's Online Permit Portal.

Colusa County’s Development Services Department consists of the Planning, Building, Environmental Health, Code Compliance, and Water Resources divisions. The Board of Supervisors have combined these functions into a single agency in order to help facilitate the delivery of the highest level of customer service to the County’s residents and businesses in support of agricultural activities and economic development.

Environmental Health Mission

The mission of Colusa County Environmental Health is to protect health, prevent disease and promote a safe environment for all in our county. This is achieved through public outreach and education as well as the sensible application of public health laws through permit and inspection activities. We take pride in our efficient and friendly customer service and welcome all visitors to our office.

We are located at 1213 Market Street, Colusa. Our office hours are 8am-12pm & 1pm-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
