Welcome on behalf of the Purchasing and Procurement Department! Our mission is to achieve efficiency and economy for all County Departments in the procurement of services, supplies, and equipment. We strive to obtain maximum value for each dollar of expenditure, establish a centralized purchasing function capable of providing daily service and support for all departments, and formulate policies and procedures which maximize the efficiency of the County’s purchasing process.
