SURVEYOR FEES PER RESOLUTION NO. 96-3 ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS ON JANUARY 9, 1996:
 1. General Plan Amendment:  $ 50.00
 2. Rezone: $ 50.00 
 3. LAFCO Application:  $100.00 
 4. Lot Line Adjustment/Merger:  $200.00 + $50.00/line 
 5. Tentative Parcel Map:  $300.00 + $10.00/lot 
 6. Tentative Subdivision Map:  $500.00 + $10.00/lot

 1. Record of Survey:  $300.00 
 2. Amended Record of Survey:  $225.00 
 3. Certificate of Correction:  $200.00 
 4. Certificate of Compliance:  $500.00 + $50.00/lot

 PUBLIC WORKS FEES
 1. Road Abandonment:  $100.00 (Departmental Policy) 
 2. Road Name Change:  $100.00 (Departmental Policy)
 3. Land Grading Permit:  $ 50.00 per first 5 acres plus $2.00 per each additional 10 acre increment. [Ordinance 414] 
 4. Geophysical Permit:  $100.00 per permit application and $100.00 per day for work within County right of way. Permittee is billed for inspection costs on holidays and weekends. [Ordinance 379]
 5. Encroachment Permit:  3% of estimated cost of work within County right of way. Permittee billed for County costs for inspections on weekends and holidays. [Resolution No. 84-31]
 6. Transportation Permit:  $15.00 per single trip permit; $15.00 per trip or a maximum of $85.00 for repetitive permits no greater than 9 trips per application; $85.00 for annual permits; $15.00 for permit rider to change original permit. [Ordinance 541] 
 7. Flood Zone Development Permit:  No Fee. 
 8. Improvement Plan Checking Fee:  1% of project cost. [Subdivision Standards]
 9. Construction Plan Inspection Fee:  2% of project cost. [Subdivision Standards]
