|Term of Office
Mark Marshall was first elected to the Colusa County Board of Supervisors in 2000. He represents the third district, which includes the City of Williams and surrounding unincorporated rural areas.
Supervisor Marshall graduated from the Williams school system and attended Yuba Community College. In 1968, Mark was drafted for service in the U.S. Army and served overseas during the Vietnam conflict. He was honorably discharged in 1970, when he returned to Williams. Mark was also the fire chief for the Williams Fire Protection Authority prior to being elected and for two years after his election. He served as chief for 15 years total.
Mark and his wife, Nancy, reside in the City of Williams, where they are both lifelong residents. Mark has also served as a member of the Williams Recreation Commission and as a trustee for the Williams Cemetery District.
