NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Colusa is seeking proposals from qualified persons and/or firms to provide a comprehensive Permit Tracking and Reporting Software solution that will integrate current processes and documents of the Community Development Department’s planning, building, environmental health, and code compliance functions.

The Proposal must be made on the forms furnished by the County.  Proposal forms are available on the County website at in the Bids & RFP’s section.

Each proposal shall be enclosed and submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing the project name and the proposer’s name.

Proposals shall be delivered to the Clerk to the Board of Supervisor’s located at 547 Market Street, Suite 102, Colusa, CA 95932 by February 20, 2019 no later than 3:00 p.m. At that time the proposals will be opened and recorded by the County.

The County of Colusa reserves the right to select no proposal.
